I don't know, it might be tomorrow, in 2 days? But you can still send Pokemon without a problem and trade to the people you already have befriended, but the friend list takes a while to update.

testing trade last night i found there is no lag with friend updating if u do it like this. send a friend request on the actual gamejolt site, have it be accepted and then log into the game. That SHOULD work, but i only tested it with one person.

ya i tried it with tempest and we waited forever so i tried the site to do it and it worked right away so im assuming the site was wat did it. also we only waited like 10min so it probably wasn't a coincidence then.

Is it normal for porygon eggs to quickly get to the "strong movement inside" phase and then stop developing?

I am asking because I am pretty sure porygons normally cant be bred.
