and it is not rainbow wing, it is crystal wing. that lets you choose ho-oh or lugia
Rainbow wing is for Ho-oh, though.

No, we only got the Crystal Wing because the director didn't give us the wings when we did the quiz in the Radio Tower, people that do the quiz now, get either Rainbow or Silver.
