ya ok ill stop using it I wanted to see if it was just bugged agents that Pokémon or if the move was bugged in general after using it agest all Pokémon in ice cave it always crashes

Maybe on his computer it's trying to load a non-existent animation? Are your battle animations off?

What is its ability?

ok so I went back and checked to see if having battle animations on or off changed wetehr or not game crashed and I got this as a grand prize btw nilllzz my vulpix his holding charcoal ill take it off and see if that's the problum

took charcoal off and still got crash also I went to Pokémon summery to see what her ability is and its flash fire

Yep its the ability Flash Fire.
It crashes the game right now.
I fixed it already. Just don't use Vulpix in battle
