Fixed Bug (0.36) New moves not being learned when leveling up.

I have tested this and confirmed it for myself now. I leveled up my Phampy to level 10, and no messages or anything came up saying that I had the option to learn a new ability. I saved it at level 9, and then rolled it back to the previous version, and then I leveled up to 10 once more. I was given the option to learn "takedown". Until this bug gets fixed, I am playing on the older version. I think this is too big of a bug for me to want to play on the newer version, despite all the new features, as I like being given the option to learn new abilities.
