e4 are allowed to have gimmicks outside of types so if u become a e4 become the champion I think u can do a eevelution team (correct me if im wrong hippo)

Yes/no-ish.
E4/Champions are able to use any types aslong as they contribute to the Theme of the team. (Trick room, Weather, etc.)

ahhh I see, though personally I think there should be a exception for eeve and add that as a choice for E4

I have no idea then, i have like 2 pokemon deposited and havent been withdrawn, but hippo was able to sent me my loaned goldfish back easily, so it may be some folder glitch, yet again though, this was quite a while back.

Beat down E4 so also i try in Mono-type / Mono-team race... I love Poison Pkmns, so i wil try to be Poison GL or master ( if i will not get GL )
Got good Start with my Nidoran(M) with Rash Nature, 4 IV 30-31( HP/Attack/Sp.Attack/Speed) this one will be monster at 100lvl ;o
Now i work to get Godlike Stats/Nature Koffing, Later ill try make op Crobat/Venomoth. But i rly need flame body ability poke...
23.13.13 Dear diary:
Today i get Ditto with 25/30 IV in all stats, hess soo great to breed with others, one or 2 round to get at last 3 IV 29/3. Successfuly breed Venonat with Batton Pass and 30 IV in speed and 29 IV in HP im so proud!! Today also i End training Farfetch'd.. and He now knows Brave Bird!! Now i just need a good Zubat to breed with this Bird. And will try get better Koffing. And the Lengend will born!
