dont request it, restarting the game wont help
i will report this bug to nilllzz and the staff

I already have a steelix. You can not make an egg with riolu, but with lucario. Send the egg and scyther to you, just waiting for ralts egg.

no, you can stay with the 2 scythers,and sure i will change the request and give the metal coat to scyther
but i just want the metal coat back, because i want to give it as a hold item to scizor
