ya i like ghost types but its just so limited right now dont know why they left it in that state for so many generations I mean seriously 1 pokemon in gen 1(not counting each evolution) and and 1 more in gen 2

If you wish to be a ghost type GL you may expand the team with other "evil" feeling pokemon and then replace them as new pokemon are added(all such things must go by me first)
the same applies for dragons
you must have one of each available species(fully evolved) for that type in your party before using non typed pokemon

Gengar, Misdreavus, Houndoom, Tentacruel, Umbreon and Tyranitar would be OK?

that sounds fine as long as someone like you or another mod approves of the non typed ones

that sounds fine as long as someone like you or another mod approves of the non typed ones
It really depends, for me. The Non-typed Pokemon must somewhat have a link to the main typed ones. Like Ghost and Dark.

Well Clefairy I could see a legit path for that
since Gengar is the shadow of a Clefable
but that is outside the point
all GL/E4 teams will be approved before use
