Celebi is not really as powerful as other legendaries, compare celebi's max sp. attack of 328 with mewtwo's max sp.attack of 447.

Gym Leaders can choose the rules they wish to apply
And these rules apply to them as well as the opponent(they want Darkrai and Dark Void? Well then a challenger can run one too and if you dont want that you cant use it either)

So, while the discussion of how Darkfire's proposal works, I will keep updating the list of the people that use which type since this thread is also a place where we can discuss, trade and help each other.
Perhaps add a possibility for a gym & elite spot in the official games aswell. There are many people on this forum that will be getting X & Y from what i've seen & you can make much more diverse & strategic team in the official games, just a though I had.

You still lack 1 pokemon. I myself have planned for a team with no pokemon that is obtainable in P3D atm. THAT is bad
also, I am a bit concerned over the TMs, since ti is disappearing after use, you can only have one pokemon with Earthquake for example. It will make it a lot harder to make your dream team.

if you are talking about non obtainables atm i personally like volcarona, shedinja and armaldo
i will then take ledian and buterfree out of my team because they are too weak
i am just using ledian because it does learn baton pass and buterfree as a status damage
they would be perfect additions to my bug team
