No, well, not sure but I don't think so. Horseas will come out but they will be affected by my Kingdra's IVs and stuff. :3

same here, if hoenn pokemon come out I'm definitly putting shiftry and ludicolo on my team, hehe^^

Aye, Grass types are more ''tanky'' but their type doesn't really support that well enough. You could put Leafeon in there for a little bit of speed, I guess.
