Solved Tin Tower

Please help. After got the Rainbow Wing, I should go to the Tin Tower but the man in front of the stairs doesn't let me go through. Hasn't this part been added yet? If so, there's no way to catch suicune and ho-oh, right?

As of v35.2, all three dogs are not obtainable, and neither are any of the legendary birds. But perhaps in the next update you will have access to them.

As far as we are informed we will get a few legendary pokemons with version 0.36
