I found the bug within 5 min of someone posting it last night..... :(
If you want to fix it your self:
the file is:
/Pokemon/Scripts/tintower/sage.dat
delete line 9(contains only ":end")

goto the folder
right click on the file
properties
turn off read only

when i search documents pokemon in the exact words you said it is not there.
