Fly+repel Bug 0.35.2

I used fly and when I reached the top of the screen my repel wore off, and flying was cancelled with me sitting in the air.

Can you access your menu and fly away?

So... I can fly away, but I remain in flight mode. This is amazing

Okay so I'm not the only one who had this happen to them. Here is my little adventure through the Goldenrod Department Store:

I don't know, because I didn't try that. I just saved my game and quit to menu. Then, I had gone back to my game file, and my character sprite had been reset. It does the same thing on my online save file when I go up in rank level, and it changes my trainer type. When it does that, I have to reset before it will start showing my new character sprite. That's how I knew I could save safely w/o being stuck like that, or at least I HOPED it would be the same.
