Well. If you put the folder of the save you are attempting to load in a zip file, I can take a look and see what's going on.
how do i put stuff in a zipped file
Erm, well, you right click. and if you hover over "New ->" like you are creating a new folder, word document, etc. At the bottom of the dropdown should be Compressed (Zipped) Folder. Just create a new one of those, and then copy the desired save into it.

Well, you are only in the first gym, delete all the pokemon 3d folder and redownload
that would be good for a last resort, but he should probly do the zip file thing preferably so we can solve issues like this from happening again to anyone else.

That's a pity.
To compress something, it goes a little something like this I assume.
  1. Locate the file or folder that you want to compress.
  2. Right-click the file or folder, point to Send To, and then click Compressed (zipped) Folder.
A new compressed folder is created. To rename it, right-click the folder, click Rename, and then type the new name.
And to extract I assume it goes something like this.
  1. Locate the compressed folder that you want to extract files or folders from.
  2. Do one of the following:
    • To extract a single file or folder, double-click the compressed folder to open it. Then, drag the file or folder from the compressed folder to a new location.
    • To extract the entire contents of the compressed folder, right-click the folder, click Extract All, and then follow the instructions.

I hope I was helpfull in any way, I am no Genius when it comes to coding and fixing things though.
