ps: é possível traduzir os diálogos dos npcs ? por que eu coloquei a tradução e só traduz algumas coisas, fica tipo 20 % pt e 80 % inglês.

I don't know if it is newer translations then already in-game, but I think they are, because I hardly believe games personal updated they translations after adding them. But you can check out yourself that by checking size or content.
Story cannot be translated at current version of game, only stuff like Menus, Pokemon names, Places, Badges and alike can be translated.
