Even so, in my online mode I'm using permanent difficulty 2, so they'll be a little more difficult for me. But still, I level grinded for so long, so it shouldn't matter.

Q1: How can i change my difficulty too?
Q2: Could i get more exp if i set it to difficulty 2?

I'm also playing online and I never removed the 2nd difficulty from the very start. My pokes need 2-3 lvls more and I wont have a hard time at all. Maybe only Karen will be a pain but I will manage.

A1: It should be an option under the Options menu.
A2: Theoretically, yes, because opponent Pokémon levels increase.
