Not confirmed Weird Game Crash

I was walking around and then my game crashed. I don't know what happened so automatically I try to open it back up, I found that i had 3 copies of Pokemon on my computer (Which is weird since I only downloaded one.) I checked all 3 of them and I found out that my saved game was DELETED. I'm just happy I wasn't too far in the game and have only been playing for an hour :/ Please respond and I hope there is a way to recover my saved file.

Were you playing online via GameJolt? Or were you playing offline?

If you want you can play online with your gamejolt account. So if this problem happens again you will not lose your save

You should post the CRASH LOG if you want us to fix anything, because else we can't really do anything with the information "I walked and my game crashed!".
The game even told you so.
