two different names

i was playing online and for some reasons, i have changed my gamejolt id
then i changed it in poke 3d too and now i have two names(picture below)

"greatsayaman" is the new one and "t3n5h1h4n" is the old one

No way! That's very interesting about sayaman. I had no idea.

Well that is not a bug actually.
There are two different names, the GameJolt one which is getting displayed on your GameJolt card and your ingame one. The ingame name is created once you start your adventure and is the same as your GameJolt name at that time. But you are not able to change the ingame name whatsoever, you can change your GameJolt profile name freely though.
