I have a few suggestions for the GTS...here they are.
NOTE: Sorry if there are other suggestions about it or if my suggestions are already implemented and I'm just an idiot and don't realize it
. I haven't read anything in this forum in a looong time.
1. Have each trade expire after 72 hours. REASON - Some of the trades are stupid. And I don't mean stupid in the sense that, "no one has that Pokemon yet." I mean stupid in the sense that no one is going to trade a level 5 Pidgy for a level 90 Charizard. Sure, it may happen, but not really. I'm sick of seeing such trades and having to scroll down to the "more sensible ones."
2. Tabs for items / shiny / evolving. REASON - some of the trades are Pidgy w/ITEM for Pidgy w/ITEM. This is cool and everything and a great way to trade items. But there should be a way for people to trade items without having to give items to certain Pokemon just to trade for said item.
3. Multiple Pokemon requests. REASON - I would be willing to trade Pokemon X for Pokemon A, B, C OR D. Sure it might be crazy looking but I'm sure there is a good way to do this. It would also help with multiple trades from the same person offering 6 different Pokemon for the same Pokemon.
4. No Pokemon requests. REASON - It would be cool to see people offering a specific Pokemon (shiny they found, rare Pokemon, or one with an item) and then take requests. They can either decline or accept the trade. This would kind of work like Diablo III's auction house, for example.
I know that these suggestions are reaching really far and the game isn't in a place where these may be plausible. But in time, they may be something really cool to think about. Thanks for reading
