Well i just downloaded the game. I got a question... Is the game completed or not yet?

It is not completed yet. As of now, you can only defeat the 8 gyms of Johto, but an update is on the horizon with a lot of content. This game gets updated pretty often, so while you wait for more content to arrive, you can train your pokemon or earn money etc.
