Is breeding shinies implemented yet?

Like a dittno shiny and a dragonite nonshiny both with base stat above 10 at certain points. would that give me a shiny egg?

Breeding with shiny pokemon does not increase the chance of getting a shiny egg.

Finding them in the wild since breeding can take up alot of time. Unless you really want a specific pokemon that is shiny.

Breeding with shiny pokemon does not increase the chance of getting a shiny egg.

In the normal games, it changes the chance to 1/64 as opposed to 1/8192.
Not sure if this is the same case with Pokémon 3D.
