I'm pretty sure I have that stuff because I am a gamer and I do like to mess around with stuff.

Is it the launcher program not able to start the game or is it crashing when the title screen loads? Double check and make sure you have those downloads if the launcher is not starting the game. I have had similar things in the past but I did not have either of those exact programs.
