Need help to convert a png. to .xnb

Hello, first of all I'm french my english is not very good.
I need help because I changed a XNB turning it into png but I did not manage to convert it again XNB. I used xna formatter but its not working.

did you install the components needed for XNA Formatter?

you talking about microsoft visual and xna game studio ?
If you talking about that yes i install all components

does it say something like build failed when you try to convert? if so, check log output and try again. if the log says
"PM: Error loading pipeline assembly "%XNAGSv4%References\Windows\x86\Microsoft.Xna.Framework.dll"."
open the microsoft visual C# downloader again and choose repair.

I reinstalled xna game studio because the installation failed

to run the XNA Formatter you need the C+ Studio, the download links are in the "readme" inside the folder

I finally found the problem, it had windows 8.

Win8 is not the issue because I am on windows 10 and have been using windows 8 before, no issues whatsoever, not to mention that this is quite an old thread.
