Starter Pokemon

Hey guys, I'm new to the forum. Just wondering if I can acquire any Kanto starter Pokemon instead of the Johto ones that are currently in place now. I saw a Youtube video recently of an earlier Pokemon 3D version with Kanto starters rather than the Johto starters. Were they removed from later versions and if so, is there any way for me to get them in-game? ?

AFAIK there will be a way to get them in the next version (please correct if i got that wrong), but for now you can modify the game files. \Pokemon\Save\Player\Party.dat

After one lvl up the Stats change according to your Pokemon and it will learn attacks if they are implemented.
The rest doesn't change.
