Is It Possible to transfer offline save to your online?

Well ofcourse not, you can pretty much edit everything offline.

Since cheating is possible/easier in offline saves, you can't turn your offline save into an online save, as it would mess up the GTS, multiplayer and co-op features.

Yes, I went through the same thing, but dont waste your time, Simply Put No. But The Features are well Worth it
