Mono-type Challenge Suggestions..

Hey all! I haven't forgotten about you

I've been playing Pokemans a lot this summer and I recently completed a Grass-type only challenge in Pokemon Emerald (see pic).

So I was hoping I could get some suggestions for the next type I should try for a Mono-type challenge. The only limitations are that I can only use Pokemon that have that type and each have at least one move of that type. The games I can play are up to Emerald, so my next playthrough will probably be on Sapphire or Crystal..

So yeah, which type should I try next?
