Hotkeys REVAMP

I have posted this before but i ad a idea to work off of this, like people saying that they want to move with different keys like arrow keys, well there should be a option on the menu screen for changing certain keys to an extent, like wasd->arrow,spacebar=E not all those things, and also a bump on the other idea, a HM Hotkey, it may be hard, but if its considered it would make a lot of things like ride + Fishing easy. There is a notepad file where you can change the buttons. But there isn't a way to do it in-game.
The file is in "saves" and is called "Keyboard.dat"

yea, but the option ingame would be nice, im one of those that can do it, but i got my little brother into the game recently and he uses the arrow keys instead, and all. But Nlizz is busy with the game nevertheless this function isnt that big of a thing to add just a idea.
