Fixed [0.35.2] Routes 47 and 48 not in pokedex, and other pokedex oddities

I went through all the areas in the pokedex and couldnt find routes 47 and 48
The floors of the Ice Cave are labeled as 1f, 2f, 3f, and 4f. (they are missing Ice Cave in their name)
Routes 34 and 35 are separated from the other route 30's
The first floor of Sprout Tower isnt there, but floors 2 and 3 are.
There is an area in the pokedex known only as "cb"

Sure it will be added in the future, they are still working out the little kinks, Even then you can relate to the Wiki if you need to know anything about Any routes. But I'm sure if they don't already know, they will have it on the to-do list.
