Question about EVs and EXP share

OBJECTION! The 4 EVs for a stat only applies to fully leveled pokemon. Added to that, you can gain a max of 255, not 252, although 252 is ultimate to have, since you can only get 3 more evs & therefore not get a new stat.

I remember reading on another thread somewhere that there was a way to view the EV distribution for your Pokemon in your offline game data files, do any of you guys know how to do that?

Yes. Go into the Pokemon Folder. It should be near wherever you put Pokemon3d on you computer. Then enter the file "Save" (no quote Marks). There should be a folder with the name of your character on it. Enter that. Then open the "Party" DAT file. If you are asked which application to use to open it, choose Notepad. You should be able to recognise your pokemon by their levels, nicknames, ect. Go to the far right of the information displayed. EV distribution is displayed thus "{"FPs"[98,64,58,42,58,191]}. The stats are in thi order: Max hp, Attack, Defense, Sp. attack, Sp. defense, and Speed. The same is true for the Box file and Daycare file as well.
