What Mega's would you like to see?

I think you are a little under-informed about mega evolutions. First of all, It only evolves during battles & when the battle is over, it goes back to its former state. You can only have ONE per battle, and you need it to hold a special item in order to evolve it, so it cannot hold other items.

They are not overly OP either, since only their ability or type changes aswell as one of their stats a little bit to compensate for the held item loss.
Well it makes mewtwo overly op since the increase sp. atk. Like he needs more sp. atk? o_O;

This is true; however, other pokemon will also be getting Mega forms, like Excadrill, ubers that aren't regular pokemon, the various Pseudos, and many other pokemon, including possibly EVERY fully evolved pokemon. I also like the Megas for the surprise value they potentially offer: you see a new pokemon, and instead of being able to immediately determine a new evolution, it'll leave you wondering if it's an evolution or a mega form (until five minutes later when they tell you).

Also, in case anyone is wondering on the L'Oreal Dragonsheep, the hair should be obvious: it's a sheep. But for anyone wondering about the Dragon typing: It's name in Japanese is Denryu, which literally means electric dragon. Now you know.

i think they should just stick with the classic pokemon. mega pokemon of pokemon that are already powerful? that just is ridiculous. once the nintendo ds pokemon games came out, pokemon has gone down hill. i much prefer the classic pokemon that are being added, not the new gens.
The only time Pokemon went downhill was in gen 3, but gen 4 was pretty good & gen 5 is awesome. Saying that mega evolutions are too powerful is like saying that legendaries should not exist.
Genwunners are really getting on my nerve. If you never add something new to the games they will feel too linear. How fun would the games be if they only use the original 151 in all the games, not a very fun thought is it?
mhmm idk I thought gen 3 okay, hated gen 4 ,lovedddd gen 5. my favorites would go Gen 2, Gen 5, Gen 1, Gen 3, Gen 4. and I have a feeling gen 6 will take the top spot. also I would love to see a mega heracross and I heard somewhere mega scizor was unofficially confirmed

Mega Ditto or Mega Steelix!
Ive thought of mega steelix and that would look so epic I also thought of mega ditto and im like maybe not ditto doesn't need a mega evolution if it got one or even a regular evolution it would be a horrible design because it would basically be a bigger ditto theres nothing you can really do in designing a ditto evolution.

MegaMeganium & MegaYanmega. They would be twice the mega as the other mega evolutions.

Mega Empoleon, TIP if they announced one starter at mega, then its likely all starters are able to have a mega transformation.
most awesome looking mega would probably be shiny mega charizard and finally give it that dragon typing, give blastoise steel, venusaur is good the way its typed now, give typhlosion a dark typing, give feraligator a fighting typing and meganium fairy typing and then you can mega the other gen starters keeping the same dual typings except maybe give serperior dragon

Agree except for the flyin\g, venasaur can be a poison typing, and feraligator a ground typing

venusaur is already grass/poison

Mega Zoroark with a boost on defensive stats.
Mega Houndoom with more Defence and Speed.
Mega Masquerain, more Sp. Attack, Speed and Water Type instead of Flying Type.
Mega Slaking, just changing Truant for Thick Fat.

Honestly, Zoroark is meant to be a fast sweeper. For any who don't know meta terms, FIGURE IT OUT. It's rather self explanatory. Zoroark should focus on that, rather than turning him into a rather poor bulky pokemon. The only way to get away with that is to have a stat total at least equal to Arceus', and that's adding NOTHING to offensive stats. It's defense is too paper-thin. Unless you solely focused on one defensive stat, then it may be doable, but it's offensive potential and power is too great to waste on devensive upgrades.

As for Masquerain, like with Nincada, it should just have a new branching evolution that carries the old type. They should make a Samurai-based evo to Nincada that's Bug/Ground (because it's not Bug/Flying and it'd evolve from Nincada, an awesome Bug-type), and likewise could make a water/bug evolution based around perhaps some kind of bug-like dancer, having stronger defensive stats, as well as physical attack (I'm naming it Gerrimenco).

Houndoom would need a much deeper defensive movepool to pull that off, because bulky and fast together on a sweeper usually doesn't work, as well as sharing the same problems with Zoroark as mentioned above.

Give Slaking Defeatist instead. That way it's not too OP.And more attack and speed/defense/sp. def. (just a bit. It needs to be able to compete, but once again, not be OP).

So, I wrote a huge article... on Pokemon... (Arceus-damn that was long) Don't hate me for going directly against your opinions, these are just my opinions and their only purpose is to explain what I think would work best.

To make this more interesting:

I'd love to see more mega starters. I'm kinda worried about the starter's balance at this point...
I assume they will probly have a mega of all the starters, or it's just plain ol' favouritism for the Torchic family tree, including gen 6 starters.

I would like to see Mega Yanmega, as I can see that being a halarious concept.
