mewtwo appears to hop 1 pixel upwards during his animation. not much of a bug but it annoys me XD

you need to open the /pokemon/save/<save name>/party.dat file in notepad and then you can edit the data there

Quick question though.... will it screw up the game?

copy the files to a backup location first
then edit them
the only thing you can destroy is the save data
putting the files back in will fix the game right up
