Not a bug HM Ride Not showing up?[0.35.2]

I just got the new HM; Ride I gave it to my Onix... But when I tried to ride it didn't show up...

I tried moving around the area.. And tried giving it to another pokemon... I am not really sure what is going on here..:/
And yes, my onix is selected..xD

No worries, I don't think it actually says Ride is linked to a badge in game, so I'm really just guessing here.
