[Suggestion]: Offline Rank/Level System

Hello,
I haven't found anything in the forum already regarding this topic.

I, as a player, prefer solo play. I also do not like the idea of being restricted to 'trading' pokemon to evolve them in order to get as many pokemon as possible when playing online through the GameJolt service. I do, however, enjoy playing the GameJolt service, because it has a nice little ranking system.

Could we please get an inferior 'ranking' system for offline mode (see "levelling up xp", "nameplate/title" and "sprite"). With the option of changing sprite back to the user chosen sprite at the beginning of the game.

Hoping for a positive response to this, because it's a feature I would really love to see implemented for us offline-mode players.

I would rather have the opposite tbh, the possibility to choose your own sprite when you reach a certain level. The online mode does not mean that you play with others. Simply that you can trade with people. Single Player is now a sandbox-ish mode instead.

Yes but I have always resented the fact that GameFreak used/uses 'trade requirements' to evolve a pokemon, in order to "sell" more copies of their game. I still wanna 'catch em all', I'd just rather do it on my own. It's nice having Pokemon level up and gain stats, but it'd be nice to have the Trainer levelling up and gaining ranks within the Pokemon world. Gimme "Pokemon Master" title.

I'd very much like being able to go back and choose a different sprite or character or whatever. I don't want to be a butler, or a clerk, or a pokefan, or anything FAT.
