Problem with starting game

Hello I downloaded pokemon 3d and then I downloaded launcher. When I'm trying to start the game launcher says that I must download the game again and when I'm trying to start game from the game's files "Invalid start parameters! Please start game from the launcher." What should I do?

did you move the launcher to your desktop(or some place similar) without moving the rest of the game?

Download the launcher (Pokemon3D.exe), run it.
Click "Download latest version" and wait for it to download the game.
Start the game from the launcher.

When you close the game, you have to open the launcher again to start the game. You don't have to redownload the game though.
And don't run the file inside the Pokemon folder called "Pokemon.exe".
