Stuck inside a small cliff in Union cave

I was going to challenge the 1st trainer on a cliff down 2 floors in Union cave but went right through the stairs and I can't get out :'C I've been stuck there for more than a month and my pokémon are quite high level and some of them adore me, so I just can't start a new game... so please, just teleport me to the nearest pokémon center, move me out of the cliff.. just try anything ;-;
