Does not have an entry ingame, meaning it can not be requested in-game. Had to "give" it instead to receive it back. Also it's not been inputted into Wiki .

Just as in Heart Gold & Soul Silver, I believe you will get a national pokedex from prof. Oak when you have beaten the champion. As for the Wiki, there are only a few editors & some of them helps out with the game aswell, so at some point it will be put on there.

This is confirmed, same thing happens with me, Electivire is not in the gts, but this will be fixed hopefully with the next GTS Update.

Until not all Pokémon are in the game, we won't allow those Pokémon in the GTS for technical reasons.
As soon as we implement all those, we are letting them in.
