Duplicate Possible Bugs

Hi, while exploring I came across these two things which I suspect to bugs:
The first thing was a floating Full Restore on the same floor as the Karate King in Mt Mortar, it was nearby the ladder that isn't bugged. However I'm pretty sure it was just my game. I'd be grateful it you could check it anyway just to make sure.
The other thing was a texture glitch for the roof of the burned tower. When exiting the pokemon center in Ecruteak city, it quickly showed an image of the burned tower with what looked to be rubble or burned wood on top, but when I checked at the tower it was just a black block.
If you require screenshots I have them but I'm not sure how to add them to a message. Alternatively I could send you a link to them on imgur if that's any use at all.

One is a mistake and one is a texture glitch, both have been reported before.
But the Texture glitch is quite old and I thought that was fixed.

The item one is fixed in the next version
as for the texture glitch.....you aren't using any texture packs?
maybe try redownloading the game?

No texture packs installed so I'll try redownloading the game
