Have you overwritten the already existent folders ?
Yes, I believe I did.

No tutorials are currently available however here is the wiki page for it.

To start the editor u need to copy the files into Pokemon3D\Pokemon and use the provided pokeditor.exe
I can't get the editor to start even though I copied the files into Pokemon3D\Pokemon
That was my problem too but you need to instal visual c# 2010 express
Where did you get the visual c# 2010 express?

really? it should only have the same dependencies as the main engine. could be because its a debug build?

its not even made in c# :\ maybe its just looking for visual studio?
