Weird index file from wiki and in-game highlighting.

On the wiki, when I sometimes click on a link to a page, it will try and download this "index.gz" file, at least that's what I recall the name being. What is this exactly, and why does it happen at random times?

I noticed in the game, the highlight it uses for the Pokemon menu is that grey color, and I was wondering if it was possible to make it darker, or more noticeable in any way.

The "index.gz" is most likely an error on your end. Either your browser mapped a key for download as an key you're using constantly, or it's an internal browser error. As for the highlight, that's not my league here c:
