In the original Gold/Silver, it was only Mt. Silver, but in Crystal they were added to the Ice Path.

Calling certain trainers on the PokéGear on certain days will result in some stones. Look up "PokéGear Phone Guide" in the general forum for a good guide in that.

An alternate way is finding them in the wild, but they're extremely rare.

Another alternative is to ask players of the community for stones. They'll probably ask you for forum PokéDollars however.
