Oh how annoying. Sorry. I tried to get to the GTS before the update, but I couldn't get to Bill in time (that was the last step, talk to Bill before going back to Goldenrod). Now the Sneasel is gone.

Damn, I just discovered Sneasel isn't one of the Pokemon who learns False Swipe naturally by levelling up, and they have not yet implemented TM 54 into the game.
