Bug Catcher
Ill try to make this a one time, simple explanation.
Me and my friend are in the same house under the same internet connection. He can connect to my game via LAN using IP: 192,168,etc,etc, but it disconnects every time someone enters a battle. So we figured we'd try using hamachi. We're pretty familiar with Hamachi using it with maplestory private servers, but anyways... Here is what I did:
1: Created a Hamachi network .
2: Had my friend join the network successfully.
3:Checked if everything was green lights, all good to go, woo!
4:I then opened Pokemon3D (amazing game) and selected just the continue button (didn't log online or anything with gamejolt).
5: Walked into cherrygrove pokemon center and hosted the session.
6:Had my friend open Pokemon3D...continue..didnt "play online" no Gamejolt. Same thing as I did.
7: Also had him walk into cherrygrove pokemon center, and had him ATTEMPT to join my hamachi session using my hamachi IP.
This is where things didn't work. It tells him it will not connect to the session, or failed etc. BUT he can still connect with the 192.168.1.3 address. (still with d/c'ing issues)
So there it all is! We checked the hamachi ip to make sure it got entered in correctly. Still nothing.
