Fixed Karate King Crash

Hi, I was exploring Mt Mortar and came upon a Black Belt NPC whom I presume is the Karate King. Upon talking to him my game crashed. I'm not sure whether anybody is aware of this or has had the same problem, but I thought I would report it anyway.
Also will all regions be added to the game eventually or just Johto and Kanto?

Strange... Because of a ladder bug you can't even get to the Karate King... How did you get there?

They'll be adding the newer regions as they go, Johto > Kanto > Hoenn, etc.

I've only just noticed this, but I surfed to the middle cave and went down the ladder then found my way round to the strength bolder which I thought was bugged and that's why it wouldn't let me passed. So I went into player.dat and edited my Coordinates to phase through it and found the karate king
