Fixed In-battle Item Bug

While battling, I went to use a Potion. I accidentally used it on a Pokemon with full HP, and while the Potion was not used, it skipped over my turn. Not a huge deal for now, but annoying (and caused me to lose to Falkner >>; ), so just wanted to bring it to attention. :>
