Not a bug New Bark Town and fishing

I just went to New Bark Town and i noticed that when i went to fishing, it said that i couldn't.
Just wanted to let you know.
Btw we can't fish while in the water.

Will you be fixing that in the next update?

That is weird... since someone sent me a Pokémon which was caught in New Bark Town. .-.

You can fish. It's just that you don't always catch things.

just keep trying till you get one, 100% you can fish there though

... this is weird. when i tried before it said "it's not the time for that" but now i can.
I tried while in the water but that one still doesn't let me.
