Okay, i beat team rocket in the 7th gym area, havent beaten the 6th sence i cant get to her(not sure if she is put in or not yet), i beat the gym leader, and the update says you can go there but the hicker is makeing sure i cant leave, is there something i can do to get passed or am i stuck having to wait till and update?

The 6th gym leader "jasmine" had already been implemented
You can find her in the top floor of the lighthouse in olivine city
You would first need to bring her a special potion for her sick pokemon (potion can be found in cianwood)
After that she then can be found in her gym where you can battle her for the 6th gym badge

uhm i know how the real game works but, ive went to the top of the light house numerous times, there is no stair way to the top, i get stoped just before you find her, the secodn floor before you get to her is where it ends,ive check and cant find a way to get up to her without the stair case which isnt there

It isnt, i had the same problem, jasmine should be there, and you go on the mission to get the medicine. I did it the wrong way as well.
