Not confirmed Ruins of Alph bug

I've been having that problem for quite some time now. When I save the Old man from the unknowns I don't get my achievement . The problem is that 1 unknown keeps respawning.

Did it initially work back when we did it a few months ago?

I am not quite sure. I don't really remember when we did it (before or after the reset). When I save the game and log off then in, the unknown is still there.
