Not a bug [0.35] - Beating Whitney and don't get the badge

Hi,

I'm beating up Whitney, and just get th 2000 Pokedollar.
After the Fight she say's something like
"„Wooooh! Woooooh!... Sniff, jigs... You are mean..." ... but then,
the sentence for getting the attak TM 45 an the
third bagde (in german "Basis-Orden") is missing.
I've Saved before the Fight and if I retry I've the same problem.
I hope the Save-Folder helps finding the problem.
Yust fight against Whitney and see.
The Pokemon in the Team are strong enought.
I think I have to wait for a fix, because I don't know how to continue.

So, if i understood correctly, you beat her > you get the money > she starts crying?

Then you must continue on and return after a little bit, she will stop crying and give you the badge and TM.

Just for fun, I turned again and she gave me the badge!
