Additional Info: I can't recreate this error, so: Forget it!
I'm a programmer, so I know that it would be too hard
finding the error, I talk to you someday I found a way
to reproduce it! ;-)

Ah, okay.
Keep in mind that next time when you report a crash/bug, give us a little information regarding what you were doing. Like battling, getting an item, etc. It'll help finding the problem. ^^

Now I've got the bad guy! :-D
In the house east of the gym (in german "Dukatia City"), when you walk through
the door and go straight ahead, there is a guy,
who say's something about pokemon ... I thing in the
text there is a use of the word "pokémon", (with the >>é<<)this is why the game
crashes. As a help for finding the Problem in my savegame
in the Zip you just have to go through the door and walk maybe
5 steps ahead. Then talk. Then found bug! ;-)

So, I read about problems with my charset!

only appears on a german Windows 7 Pro?)?

Let me see.... the error says something about a SpriteFont.
''The character '�' (0xfffd) is not available in this SpriteFont. If applicable, adjust the font's start and end CharacterRegions to include this character.''
Then you might be right on the '' é '' part. Could you try and play on English for a second and see if it won't crash?
