Not sure if this exact bug has been reported, i looked around and wasn't to sure if it was the same one.
in the room where you find Kiyo, the ladder gets me glitched either way i enter it. if you can't tell im floating about mid height to the ladder. no riding or anything allows me to move and i must reload to go back down it or whatever.
