Fixed 0.35 Mt Mortar ladder bug

After going down the ladder on the far left of the lower cave to the basement your character is hovering and you are unable to move (can be seen in attached screenshot). Is the basement not implemented or is there a bug with the ladder?

Yea, it seems to me that the character is getting accidentally spawned at a raised cliff level, but there is no raised area there hence the stuckness.

I imagine the character saying "Help! I'm stuck on this ladder, and i can't reach the next rung with my stubby legs!... Anyone there?... Oh, god."
